Description

DESCRIPTION The government intends to issue a sole source award to Inmix Technologies, LLC for access to the proprietary Upland Software licenses being used on the Powersteering operating system, developed with Consolidated Patient Account Centers currently used for improvements in key business metrics such as cycle time, return on investment, individual productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction. The software provides a secure project management platform accessible through the World Wide Web to be used to standardize and manage at all 7 CPAC locations and for each CPAC Lean and Six sigma improvement projects in a standardized manner. This is a follow-on to an existing contract award where continuity is critical to service and performance sustainment. This will be a firm fixed price contract for a base year with three additional one-year options.
