- PLEASE SEE THE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE POSTED UNDER SOLICITATION # 24362018R0007 FOR THE SPECIFICS OF THIS NOTICE. THIS IS A SECONDARY NOTICE TO IDENTIFY A SECOND POTENTIAL NAICS CODE. As noted in the Sources Sought Notice for Background Investigations Support Services posted under solicitation # 24362018R0007, the Government is currently reviewing the applicable NAICS Code, PSC Code, and commercial item determination for the subject services. The Government invites vendor input on these items. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This Sources Sought Notice does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information requested, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract. This notice is for market research purposes only and respondents will not be notified of the results. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to locate potential sources and to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities, and qualifications related to this effort of various members of industry, to include the Small Business Community.
