- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F9D3SF8164AW2 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking Brand Name or equivalent items for the following manufactured by Mystery Ranch: CLIN 0001 Part # 888564175460 Mountain Ruck Dual Point, Color: Multicam. Qty: 45ea. Salient characteristics include the following: NICE Frame; 500D Cordura with reinforced 1000D Cordura fabric to ensure maximum durability to withstand weight of equipment and harsh environments; two internal hydration sleeves; PALS webbing throughout with MOLLE on waist belt; minimum of three external pockets. The contract will be awarded based on lowest price that meets minimum specifications. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM EST, 31 August 2018.
