- This is a Sources Sought notice of the Government's intent to award an unrestricted contract to provide full service maintenance to the ScriptPro Pharmacy Automation Equipment at the Fort Meade Medical Activity (MEDDAC). The Fort Meade MEDDAC consists of Medical Treatment Facilities at Kirk Army Health Clinic, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Barquist Army Health Clinic, Fort Detrick, MD, Dunham Army Health Clinic, Carlisle Barracks, PA, Andrew Rader Army Health Clinic, Fort Meyer, VA & Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Fort Meade, MD, 12 month base period, 01 October 2018 - 30 September 2019, 4 - 12 month option periods, 01 October 2019 - 30 September 2023. This acquisition will be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size of $20,500,000.00. The contractor shall provide Customer Support, which includes: Software updates Hardware updates that fix a ScriptPro defined functionality problem Routine inspections and maintenance 24 hour, 7 days per week, 800# Helpline for software, hardware and user questions On-site service technician to be dispatched within 24 hours, if required Parties interested in future announcement on this procurement shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirement stated above.
