- TITLE: F3T1GR8225AW01, Sole Source Acquisition for the purchase of AMXDmax Female Starter Kits The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Omni Medical Systems, Inc.: This procurement will be for the purchase of twenty-five (25) AMXDmax Female Starter Kits, part number CSK-2-F for the Operations Group. The AMXDmax Female Starter Kits are currently employed on Seymour Johnson AFB and are critical to the mobility of the 4 FW. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Omni Medical Systems, Inc. has proprietary rights to the AMXDmax Female Starter Kits as Omni is the Sole Source Manufacturer for the AMXDmax. Omni Products are Berry Amendment compliant, are certified "Safe-To-Fly", and are authorized for aviation use on all military aircraft. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 28 August 2018 at 1:00 P.M EST.
