- Letter from Sole Source Provideer Sole Source Justification Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to Asset Management International, located at 1008 Western Avenue, Suite 503, Seattle, WA 98104. The Government attends to procure AMI's Asset Track Software with 75 user licenses and 1-year subscription including technical support and software maintenance to perform the Hardware Asset Management Function using both barcode scanning and RFID scanning technologies. The resulting award will be a fixed price. Negotiations will be conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519. The corresponding SIC code is 7030. The small business size standard is $27.5 Million. All interested vendors are encouraged to provide information on their capabilities to meet this requirement. In order to be considered a potential source, interested vendors must submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirement specified above. The documentation shall include prices and descriptive literature containing significant technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet this requirement. Only written responses will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received no later than September 15, 2018, 12:00pm, EST. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of your capability statements or proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a sole source contract on or about September 17, 2018.
