- Critical Information for Solicitation No Open Market Quotes Accepted. All items must be under a Federal Supply schedule or the quote will not be considered for this award. Vendor is to provide a copy of the FSS contract pages for each item listed above/Section B (highlighted or marked) to document that all of the requested items/services are under contract. Vendor is to provide all documents requested in the attached document. This solicitation is restricted (set a-side) to Small Business. Requirement to be awarded on a Brand Name or Equal basis in accordance with FAR 52.211-6 and on an "all of none" basis. Best Value Evaluation Factors for award will consist of technical capability to provide and/or perform product specifications and price. The Government will make a Best Value award based on the evaluation factors listed above. *Quotes shall reflect pricing on all items for consideration. A published price list must be included with the quote or two invoices for the same or similar supplies/services. **Memo to Vendor: If quoted items are part of a promotion vendor must give the date that the promotion will end.
