Description

The purpose of this Amendment is to provide answers questions submitted by a vendor. Question: What is the official place of performance or ship-to for the opportunity to provide NX EQ Electrosurgical Units: Monopolar/Bipolar Valleylab Brand Name or Equal? Answer: The actual place of performance or ship-to will be stated in the orders placed against the resultant contract as stated in the solicitation, Delivery is FOB destination and requires delivery to VA medical facilities throughout the United States, U.S. Territories, Guam, and the Philippines. Firm-Fixed-Price Orders will be placed against this contract in writing and will provide the exact delivery locations, delivery dates and exact quantities. Question: I was asked by our partners to reach out to you to clarify a few things regarding this Solicitation for Electrosurgical units. We have a product Equal to the Monopolar/Bipolar Valleylab. Would you have a few minutes to discuss this solicitation by phone? Answer: As this is a Brand Name or Equal requirement, we welcome all proposals of equal products. As stated in the solicitation all proposals meeting the minimum salient characteristics and the terms and conditions of the solicitation will be considered. We ask that all questions in regards to this solicitation be submitted in writing so that they along with the response from the VA can be provided to all interested vendors. All other terms and conditions for this solicitation remained unchanged.
