- Sources Sought Automatic Fuel and Propane Deliveries to Various Locations in the Northern New York (Clinton, Franklin, St. Lawrence and Jefferson County) 1.General Services Administration (GSA) is looking for Automatic Fuel Deliveries for GSA s 9 Northern border locations in Clinton, Franklin, St Lawrence, and Jefferson county New York. 2.This procurement is anticipated to be completely set-aside for a Small Business preferably located in the geographic area that can provide on-site supervision of activities or have the capacity to have a local office to provide the same. 3.GSA is looking for a single SMALL BUSINESS contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, quality control and all other items necessary, to accomplish fuel delivery to all nine northern border locations. 4.This procurement is anticipated to be a Base year plus four additional years starting October 1, 2018. 5.This procurement will be evaluated as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). 6.Any questions on this Sources Sought should be submitted to Joseph Spado III at joseph.spado@gsa.gov.
