- Updated Technical Exhibit #5, Sample Sprung Guarantee New Modification Summary Copy of Amendment 0001 New Conform Copy of Amendment 0001 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Contractor shall remove, dispose and replace fifty-six (56) exterior insulated membranes of the sprung shelters located at Area X-4, Schofield Barracks. Only OEM Sprung Instant Structures membranes materials shall be used which shall not void warranty of aluminum components of the Sprung Instant Structures. Substitute is not allowed. Color is PMS-7526C Brown Stone Red. Sprung membrane replacement shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer's requirements and specifications. The new membranes shall be guaranteed by Sprungs Instant Structures with the same guarantee provided per Technical Exhibit #5. Replacement includes re-installing/restoring all existing electrical components and re-installing the two (2) existing A/C units in each sprung. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with Occupational, Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Federal, State, and County regulations and commercial standards. See Technical Exhibits 1 thru 5. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: This shall be procured as a FFP, one time service requirement POP: 15 September 2018- 31 March 2019 PRICING: Offeror's price quote shall include completed pages priced per CLIN.
