Description

AF Form 66 AF 3065 AF 3064 AF Form 3000 Wage Determination Pricing Schedule Drawings Statement of Work Solicitation A. Project Title: REPAIR SHELL ISLAND DOCK B. NAICS CODE: 237990 C. The resulting contract w ill be a firm-fixed price contract. See section J for applicable attachments. D. This acquisition has been designed for procurement as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside and w ill be aw arded via sealed bidding IAW FAR Part 14. E. The project magnitude for this requirement is IAW FAR 36.204(d) betw een $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 F. Payment and Performance Bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102 G. The construction w age requirements statue (Davis-Bacon) FL180148 Heavy FL148 applies to this project. H. The Period of Performance is 60 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). I. A site visit for this project w ill be held on 5 September 2018 at 8:30 AM CST.
