License LOCATION: Utah Army National Guard, Headquarters Building, 12953 S. Minuteman Drive, Draper, UT 84020 RESPONSE DUE DATE: 12:00 PM MST 10 SEP 2018 CONTRACTING POC: D. Ray Workman Email: dallas.r.workman.civ@mail.mil The Utah National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to PenLink Software PLX Pro renewal. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the USPFO for Utah within twelve (12) calendar days from the posting of this notice or by 12:00 PM MST 10 September 2018. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firm's ability to provide the stated services. Information can be sent to Contract Officer, D. Ray Workman at dallas.r.workman.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted unless deemed absolutely necessary. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, The USPFO for Utah will proceed with the sole source award.
