- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC PACIFIC) intends to award a sole source cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification to increase the contract ceiling by $13,278,500.00 on N66001-15-D-0146, awarded to Trandes Corporation. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract provides direct support to several DoD and non-DoD Agencies in support of Marine Air Traffic Control and Landing System (MATCALS) / Air Traffic Controls and Landing Systems (ATCALS), and Mobile Fixed /Tactical Fixed Systems. This contract provides total life cycle engineering and technical support to DoD, non-DoD U.S. Agencies, and foreign military governments for Air Traffic Control (ATC) command and control, ranges and navigation equipment for shore facilities, ships, and aircraft worldwide. The anticipated period of performance will NOT be extended. The current contract will expire 22 July 2020. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS Code) is 541330. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all inquiries received within 15 days after date of publication of this market survey will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any resulting procurement would be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15.
