This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335312 with a small business size standard of 1,250. Vendor is to supply the following Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), to be installed by the AC Shop staff technicians, Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), Tucson, Arizona. These are to replace existing units that are at or beyond their useful life. These VFD s are to be replaced in kind with exact replacement units. Drives must have a three year warranty, effective at date of delivery. All drives are manufactured by ABB and are direct replacements for the existing units, requiring no additional labor, materials or site/electrical modifications; allowing VA staff to install them plug and play.
