This Combined Synopsis / Solicitation is for recreational event related material for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. The event related material are event tents, folding chairs, sports bottles, portfolios, lunch cooler bags, pens, aluminum sports bottles, wiki polo shirts (men s and women s), soft shell jackets (men s and women s), polypropylene sportpacks, table covers, visors, and tagless t-shirts. All of the items will require a screen printed or embroidered logo and/or employee s name. The list of sizes with employees names and quality images of the logos will be provided to the winning offeror. This solicitation is posted as a Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program and VAAR 852.219-11 VA Notice of Total Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside, only offers from VOSB contractors will be considered. The VA logo will be: The VA Crisis Line image will be: All offers are to be sent as FOB Destination. All questions are to be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 NOON PST on Tuesday September 4th, 2018, to allow time for a response. No questions by telephone will be answered. All questions will be answered through an amendment posted on FBO on 9/5/2018. All offers are required to be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 NOON PST on Friday September 7th, 2018. No late offers will be considered.
