- Amendment to Original Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T18T0057 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is, 541380 -Testing Laboratories. The Size Standard is $15,000,000.00. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure laboratory services for analysis of surface swabs, prepared in accordance with ASTM D7789, to determine the CFU and MPN of surrogate mold and sewage species that meets the specifications in the attached RFQ. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses.
