Description
Funds are not currently available for this requirement. This Modification only extends the Due Date. Solicitation number FA4613-18-R-0001, Maintain Base Pavements for F. E. Warren AFB, WY. This acquisition is unrestricted under NAICS code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard of $36.5 million. This acquisition is to have a Contractor provide all labor, materials including taxes, equipment, plant, means and operations necessary to maintain pavements at F.E. Warren AFB as specified in the specifications, applicable drawings, other attachments and the Terms and Conditions of the Contract. The Contractor is responsible for supplying and installing a turn-key fully functional, tested, and operational product meeting the performance requirements outlined by these Specifications and Drawings. The work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following principal features: 1) Maintenance of all types of pavements at F.E. Warren AFB. The work may include but is not limited to: full pavement removal, milling, removal of curb and gutter, excavation and backfill, placing base course, placing new pavement, placing new curb and gutter, placing sidewalk, chip seals, striping, and re-vegetation; 2) Other related or incidental work as required to finish the project and provide a complete and operational project. All minor items of work that are manifestly necessary or customary shall be performed as if fully set forth and described on the Drawings and in the Specifications. The statement of magnitude for this acquisition is greater than $10,000,000.00. The contractor shall abide by all local, state, and federal EPA guidelines and regulations during the performance of the awarded contract. In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policy, all contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov, to be eligible to receive an award. The original Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued on or about 3 Aug 2018 and was posted on the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) at https:// www.fbo.gov. This solicitation is available via internet only, meaning solicitation documents will not be available by any other means unless specifically requested from the requestor.
