- Subject: Purchase of Color Day Display Modules (CDDM), and Color Night Display Modules (CNDM) Description: **ATTENTION** ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELEATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: EDDIE GORDON, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND - REDSTONE; EMAIL: EDDIE.L.GORDON6.CIV@MAIL.MIL. NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone proposes to issue solicitation number W58RGZ-18-R-0311. This requirement is for the purchase of components for PM Air Warrior. The action is has a sole source requirement for (28) each Color Day Display Modules (CDDM) P/N: MB1254B-03 and (58) each Color Night Display Modules (CNDM) P/N: 039430B-02, with an option for additional CDDMs and CNDMs. Pursuant to 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) this proposed contract action for hardware which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: Elbit Fort Worth (EFW), a wholly owned subsidiary of Elbit Systems of America, 4700 Marine Creek Pkwy, Fort Worth, Texas 76179, CAGE Code : 0WEC9. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit a proposal. This is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
