- Product Description Justification and Approval Document This is a notification that the Army Contracting Command (ACC) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract under statutory 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract will be awarded to Executive Information Systems, LLC 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600, P.O. Box 34076 Bethesda, MD 20827-0076. The requirement is for: 1 each SAS Analytics Pro for a single physical Linux server with 8 total processor cores, 64 bit. Annual Maintenance site 553657.; 3 each SAS Add-ons for a single physical Linux server with 8 total processor cores 64 bit Annual Maintenance site 553657. Also, 1 each SAS/OR for a single physical Linux server with 8 total processor cores, 64 bit. Annual Maintenance site 553657. (Reference the attached, redacted Sole Source Justification and Approval (J&A) memo). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; therefore, a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the requirement would be beneficial to the Government and their capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by the established due date/time set forth in this notice. If no affirmative written responses are received by 12:00 pm (CST) on 11 September 2018, award will be made without further notice. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to both points of contact. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
