Description

AFMC 807 Equipment List Combo Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FD2399-18-00386. This solicitation will be solicited under other than full and open competition. Solicitation/Requirement is being issued IAW FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to: LEIDOS, Inc. 11951 Freedom Drive Reston, VA 20190 Required Delivery Date: 31 Oct 2018 Period of Performance for ALL CLINS: ARO plus 1 year FOB: Destination; Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB, GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Response Due Date: Quotations should be emailed to Megan Salter (megan.salter@us.af.mil) no later than Thursday, 6 Sept 2018, no later than (NLT) 4:30 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 30 Sept 2018. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
