- STATEMENT OF WORK Bowling Center Lane Conditioning Machine, Setup and Training 1. SCOPE: Contractor shall provide all material, labor, etc. to deliver and install lane conditioning machine, provide operational and preventative maintenance training to mechanics. 2. MATERIALS: Lane machine will be delivered and setup. Training will be provided for mechanics on how to operate and maintain lane conditioner. 3. LOCATION: This work is to be accomplished at the bowling center located at 1290 Andrews St, Bldg 3730, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC, 27531 4. WORKMANSHIP: All workmanship will comply with bowling industry business practices and standards. 5. CLEANUP: The contractor will be responsible to return all work sites to the conditions in which they were found. 6. SPECS: Will be accepting the IKON 115V (50-60HZ) or equal. The "or equal" minimum specifications that the conditioning machine must meet are as follows: hold at least 15 oil patterns, be battery operated, have at least 18 month warranty, have a spray-less cleaning system, and include installation and training. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offer or for any costs.
