- Description
- This is a firm fixed price construction project to replace gutters and downspouts for WRTC Dormitories - Buildings 4285, 4286, & 4287 FLANG, Camp Blanding. The Contractor will remove and dispose of all existing gutters (approximately 1000 LF) and downspouts approximately 400 LF). The Contractor will procure and install replacement gutters and downspouts. They must be seamless aluminum painted to match existing color. The contractor shall provide all parts, tools, materials, labor, travel, expertise, and supervision necessary to complete the work as described in the attached statement of work. This project is solicited as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) Small Business set aside under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 238170. The size standard is $15M. See FAR clause 52.211-10 - period of performance is 60 days project magnitude is between less than $25,000. In accordance with FAR clause 52.236-27 an organized site visit is scheduled on 30 Aug 2018 at 0900hrs. A site visit is not mandatory, however it is recommended that the Contractor perform a site survey prior to submission of offer to assess existing site conditions. You must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), see FAR clause: 52.204-7 System for Award Management (Oct 2016) in Section 00101, in order to receive an award.
