- Attachment A Attachment B Solicitation This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested. The written solicitation is attached to this announcement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91. This Request for Quote (RFQ) number 60RRBH18Q0033 is issued to request offers for Conference Room Remodeling Please see the attached RFQ document for the Statement of Work (SOW), Clauses and Provisions, Proposal Submission instructions, and Proposal Evaluation and Award information. Offers in response to this RFQ are due by September 12, 2018 at 1:00 PM Local (CT) and shall be submitted to proposals@rrb.gov.
