Description: This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This is a solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFP) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses to this Request for Quotation (RFP) are due to the Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 PM EST on 09/07/2018. Responses to this announcement will result in a Requirements Contract with FOB Destination and the Government intends to make award under this announcement without discussions. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information provided nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided for the Government. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information concerning this announcement at https://fbo.gov. This solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100 / 08-22-2018. Prospective offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website and complete representations and certifications at https://www.sam.gov. The National Cemetery Administration anticipates the purchase of multiple trash collection services for the National Cemetery Services listed: Req. # Baltimore National Cemetery, 5501 Frederick Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21228 Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road (Route 619), Triangle, VA 22172 All Requirements listed above are separate locations. Offerors have the opportunity to submit offers on one (1) requirement or both requirements. Offerors are to identify each requirement they are providing proposals for. If Offeror is submitting more than one offer, it is only required to submit one technical review and one past performance questionnaire, however, it must submit a Price Schedule for each requirement that is being offered. The National Cemetery Administration is seeking quotes from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) qualified for the provision of the multiple ground maintenance services. 001AL-11-15-A Limitations on Subcontracting Monitoring and Compliance (June 2011) This solicitation includes VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 852.219-10 VA NOTICE OF TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (JUL 2016) (DEVIATION). Accordingly, any contract resulting from this solicitation will include this clause.
