- Amendment 002 - Appendix A, Instructions to Offerors S olicitation Number: ID07180024 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation #ID07180024 for Invasive Species Management at Melrose AFR New Mexico Clarification on the process for submission of proposals: See revised "Instructions for Offerors". The solicitation for this requirement was publicized in FEDBIZOPPS on August 14, 2018; however, proposals must be submitted through the GSA Information Technology Solutions Shop (ITSS) integrated system. Your company must be registered in the ITSS system in order to submit a proposal. All interested offerors must submit their quote via GSA's IT Solution Shop (ITSS) web-based order processing system. Proposals will only be received and awarded via ITSS. The link is listed to the Assisted Services Shared Information System (ASSIST) for ITSS Registration: below and the ITSS Help Desk number is 1-877-472-4877. https://portal.fas.gsa.gov/assist-web/registration/contractor/search Therefore, to ensure that all interested offerors receive the RFP through ITSS and submit proposals accordingly, prompt submission of the above ITSS offeror information (offeror's name and POC) is requested. An email must be sent to patricia.hopkins@gsa.gov and carol.england@gsa.gov in order to ensure registration. Vendors should be registered in ITSS NLT 12:00 p.m. CST, Tuesday, September 4, 2018. The proposal closing date in ITSS will be the synopsized due date in FEDBIZOPPS of September 14, 2018 at 3:00 PM (CST). Extension to the RFP closing date and time will not be granted due to a offeror's late registration in ITSS. If you are unable to attach your quote/quote in GSAs Electronic Ordering System due to some type of technical difficulty, you must report the problem to the Contracting Officer Patricia Hopkins, email patricia.hopkins@gsa.gov and carol.england@gsa.gov, in sufficient time prior to closing to allow for the submission of the quote/quote via an alternative method at the CO's discretion. NOTE: Failure to register properly in GSA's Electronic Ordering System, ITSS, is not an acceptable reason for the inability to submit a quote/quote or to receive communications regarding this solicitation. 28 Aug 2018 Amendment 001: 1) Added the SF1449 Cover Page; 2) provided government responses to industry questions; 3) revised the RFP/PWS; 4) revised the Appendix A - ITO; 5) revised the Appendix C - Pricing Spreadsheet; and 6) added the RFP Cover Letter 29 Aug 2018 Amendment 002: Revises RFP/PWS Appendix A, Instructions to Offerors. All amendments must be acknowledged in offerors response.
