Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, (423 E. 23rd Street New York, NY 10010). Perform full on-site preventative maintenance service to furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, repair service, software, updates, parts, other items and services necessary for the Government owned GE NM Infinia II 3/8 HE4 (NMH922) and GE Workstation NM Xeleris 2 View (NX2VWR) systems. Interested firms must be trained and authorized by GE Healthcare. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219. There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these services, please provide a capability statement and proof of training. Please ensure the response includes the following information: Organization name, DUNS number, address, email address, website address (if any), telephone number, and socioeconomic status of the organization. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) an Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) must be verified at https:/www.vip.vetbiz.gov for SDVOSB/VOSB set-aside consideration if this requirement is ultimately restricted competition for SDVOSB/VOSB. The Government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and sale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. Based on the response to this source sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procure through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
