- Linen/Mat Rental & Cleaning Service for the following commissaries: ALABAMA: Gunter & Maxwell; ALASKA: Fort Greeley & Fort Wainwright; ARIZONA: Davis-Monthan, Ft. Huachuca, Luke, Yuma MCAS & Yuma PG; CALIFORNIA: Barstow, Bridgeport, China Lake, Edwards, El Centro, Ft. Irwin, Imperial Beach, Lemoore, March, Miramar, North Island, Ord Community, Port Hueneme, San Diego, San Onofre, Travis, Twentynine Palms & Vandenberg; GEORGIA: Ft. Gordon; INDIANA: Crane; KANSAS: Ft. Riley & McConnell; MARYLAND: Fort Detrick; TENNESSEE: Arnold; and TEXAS: Ft. Worth. The Period of Performance will be for a base period starting as early as November 1, 2018 through October 31, 2019 and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through October 31, 2023. This Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on/or about September 7, 2018 with a tentative closing date of October 9, 2018. This acquisition is being issued as Unrestricted. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) system under the specified NAICS codes 812332. SAM information and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) may be obtained at https://www.acquisition.gov/under the Acquisition Systems tab. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (OTHER DEFENSE AGENCIES), DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY, HDEC05-18-Q-0006.
