This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24418Q9652. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Erie VA Medical Center, 135 East 38th Street, Erie, PA 16504-1559 is seeking to purchase Maintain Inspect Test Power Distribution System Service. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be Base Year Plus Four Option Year Contract following award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Maintenance, Inspection and Testing of Electrical Power Distribution System in accordance with the Statement of Work. (Base Year). CLIN 1001: Maintenance, Inspection and Testing of Electrical Power Distribution System in accordance with the Statement of Work. (Option Year 1). CLIN 2001: Maintenance, Inspection and Testing of Electrical Power Distribution System in accordance with the Statement of Work. (Option Year 2). CLIN 3001: Maintenance, Inspection and Testing of Electrical Power Distribution System in accordance with the Statement of Work. (Option Year 3). CLIN 4001: Maintenance, Inspection and Testing of Electrical Power Distribution System in accordance with the Statement of Work. (Option Year 4). See also Attachment 2, Price Cost Schedule. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 2 to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4223, Revision Number 8, dated 07-19-2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 3. VA Privacy Training is Attachment 4. Attachments A, B, and C provide equipment listing that shall be scheduled in accordance with the SOW. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
