- This is a Synopsis IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This procurement is restricted on to those approved companies on Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) W52P1J-18-A-3011 through 3012. The federal supply code of this procurement is 5510 - Lumber and Related Basic Wood Materials. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 326199 - All Other Plastic Product Manufacturing. This U.S. industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing plastics products. (except film, sheet, bags, profile shapes, pipes, pipe fittings, laminates, foam products, bottles, and plumbing fixtures). W52P1J-18-A-3011, W52P1J-18-A-3012, and W52P1J-18-A-3013 The McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in McAlester, Oklahoma requires a procurement of a Plastic Ties. This shall be issued under BPA Holder Contracts W52P1J-18-A-3011 through 3012. Delivery: Fort Hood, TX This will be 100% set aside to small business concern under the BPA Call Order using Strategic Sourcing under contract number W52P1J-18-A-3011 through 3013. IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). There are currently 3 small business concerns under the call order that represent NAICS 326199. BPA Call Order to those companies listed on BPA W52P1J-18-A-3011 through 3012.FOB Destination McAlester, OK. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.
