- Draft Statement or Work (SOW) Request for Information This is a Request for Information (RFI) pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Although "proposal" and "offeror" may be used in this RFI, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. This solicitation is issued for the purpose of searching for information for Research and Development for Airborne-sensor System to complete the Tactical Infrared Night Surveillance System (TNWAS) program. Resources In order to aid industry in evaluating their ability to perform the requirement, the following documents are available: 1. Draft Statement of Work Vendor Response The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: a) Name of company and point of contact (POC) b) Telephone number, address and e-mail address of POC c) DUNS and Cage Code d) Business Size e) Any Multiple Award Contracts (MAC) (SeaPort, GSA OASIS, etc) f) Capability Statement and supporting documentation of the offered services that meet the requirements listed in this SOW & Personnel Qualifications. g) General description of capabilities and experience in the subject matter of this RFI. h) A list of any Navy, Department of Defense, federal, or commercial contracts performed during the past 5 years that are similar and/or related to the attached SOW. i) A list of assumptions, if any, which were considered in formulating the response. Submission of Information Electronic responses shall be submitted via email to eric.sogard@nrlssc.navy.mil MS Word or PDF format.
