Description

VAMC Asheville, 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC 28805 intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of a Lumena Echo System. Manufacturer is Immucor Inc. This requirement is intended for award to Immucor Inc., the manufacturer, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 334516. Small business size standard: 1000 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 2 business days of publication (on/before August 31, 2018). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
