- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with 3-1 year Options for the procurement of: 1. Puller, hand, main bearing connector tube; NSN: 5120-01-279-1645; Part No PWA102039. The basic is for Qty of 3 each. 2. Puller, knocker-GRBox, deoiler drive seal; NSN: 5120-01-256-4407; Part No PWA80048. The basic is for Qty of 3 each. 3. Pusher/puller, rotor-EEC Alternator; NSN: 5120-01-372-4420; Part No PWA81938. The basic is for Qty of 3 each. 4. Adapter, puller-GRBox seal face roating ring; NSN: 5120-01-259-2584; Part No PWA80156. The basic is for Qty 3 each. 5. Kit, Rig check-HPC variable stator vane; NSN: 4920-01-383-2940; Part No PWA82027. The basic is for Qty 3 each. 6. Pusher/puller, Gearbox mount pins, install/remove; NSN: 5120-01-504-9341; Part No PWA104170. The basic is for Qty 3 each. 7. Adapter, install/remove-engine assy, angle grbox, nut lockwasher; NSN: 4920-01-479-1991; PWA104117. The basic is for Qty 3 each. 8. Collar, holding-engine assy 2.5 bleed valve linkage; NSN: 4920-01-504-0191; PWA105350. The basic is for Qty 3 each. 9. There is a need to provide these C-17 components during organizational, intermediate and depot levels of maintenance. The proposed contract action is for procurement for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, United Technologies Corp, Cage Code 77445. Authority: FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFQ will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov. All data for this weapon system is considered EXPORT CONTROLLED. Foreign participation at the prime contractor level is not permitted.
