- CST Trailer Diagram CST Trailer System Integration SOW CST Trailer Base SOW This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS (www.fbo.gov). This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ number is W912SV-18-R-0021. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at the below address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil The NAICS code is 336212 Transportation Equipment Manufacturing-Truck Trailer Manufacturing. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 336212 is 1,000. This is an unrestricted solicitation action posted for full and open competition. A Firm Fixed Price Contract with 2 CLINs is anticipated. The Massachusetts Army National Guard is procuring the following products (see attached for Statement of Work (SOW). The procurement consists of a base trailer with custom system integration additions to complete the package. Interested vendors must be able to complete both SOWs
