- Attachment 2 Line Items Attachment 1 Provisions and Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W91364-18-R-7019 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The NAICS code that applies is 333120 and business size is 1250 employees. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition After Exclusion of Sources. Requirement is for two 100 ton field presses. Prospective bidders shall utilize Attachment 2 Line Items spreadsheet to submit back pricing on, in addition any other documents planned to be submitted with quote (if unable to utilize spreadsheet, inform point of contact below). All equipment items noted as brand-name or equal; alternate solutions are encouraged and will be reviewed based on price, quality/technical acceptability. Also, please include any applicable freight charges, SAM data, warranty information, and estimated delivery and installation timeframes. Shipping address for these items is: 1200 North Camp Perry East Road, Port Clinton, OH 43452. Please include any applicable freight charges in total estimated cost. Evaluations factors will be Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. List of Attachments: Attachment 1 Provisions and Clauses Attachment 2 Line Items All questions are due no later than 1:00 P.M. on 31 August 2018. If all answers to questions submitted within this timeframe are not provided at least three (3) business days prior to bid due date, bid due date will be extended accordingly. All answers to questions (including any additional documentation provided) are distributed on a non-attribution basis.
