PLEASE SEE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL UNDER THE ATTACHMENTS. ** FIRM FIXED PRICE INDEFINITE-DELIVERY, INDEFINITE-QUANTITY CONTRACT IS PLANNED (SEE FAR 16.504). THE ESTIMATED PURCHASE QTY'S WILL VARY FOR THIS ITEM. ANTICIPATE A 3 YEAR BASE WITH 2 YEAR OPTION PERIODS. THIS ITEM IS DETERMINED TO BE COMMERCIAL AND FAR PART 12 WILL BE USED NSN: 3HD 4140 013675621 PART NUMBER: A-A-50599 ITEM: FAN, TUBEAXIAL FOB SOURCE ANNUAL DEMAND 200 EACH AMC/AMSC 1G: The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. (This is the only A/RMSC that implies that parts are candidates or full and open competition. Other A/RMSCs such as K, M, N, Q, and S may imply limited competition when two or more independent sources exist yet thetechnical data package is inadequate for full and open competition.) A/RMCs 1 or 2 are valid. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists (QPLs), Qualified Product Databases (QPDs), Military Handbooks, and other standardized documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) at Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) in Philadelphia, PA.
