- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 09/19/2018 and respond due date 10/19/2018. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 74331652; Item is source control and solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-18-R-1485 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1630-01-331-2589, Wheel, Landing Gear for 728 each. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (NCSI) as verified on the CSI lists on Aug 29, 2018. Item is not critical applicationnor commercial. Export Control applies. Item in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, Basic Dwg NR 78286 70250-12801 Revision NR B dtd 04/05/2017 Part Number-70250-12801-101 with approved source of supply CAGE 33269, Paker-Hannifin, Part Number-040-25300 requirements. Required delivery objective is 100 days total for total production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
