- The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the O&O Directorate intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to Gerber Technology, LLC, Tolland, CT 06084 for proprietary AccuMark Licenses with DLA TS. Gerber Technology, LLC is the only company capable of performing these proprietary AccuMark Licenses with DLA TS. All Responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334118.
