- Statement of Objectives Section 13 of DD254 Continuation sheet DD254 - Contract Security Classification Specification Combined solicitation/synopsis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide engineering, furnishing, installation, and testing (EFI&T) a SIPRNet/NIPRNet IP-Based solution for a new Video Teleconferencing (VTC) System, and separate projection system (A/V system) that will utilize the sound system of the VTC at Sheppard AFB, Texas. This requirement will require an active facility clearance, see the attached documents, DD254 and Section 13 Continuation sheet, for details and instructions. See attached SOO for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs The applicable NAICS code is 334310, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. The solicitation number is # F3V3CA8047AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, F3V3CA8047AW01, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 4:30PM CST on 11 Septmeber 2018. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below. The site visit will take place at Sheppard AFB on 5 September 2018 at 2:00PM CST.
