- Request for Proposal SPE4A718R1437 will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a FIVE year base for NSN 1560-00-492-6083.The item being procured is a PLATE ASSEMBLY, ADAP. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 217 each. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The approved sources of supply: CAGE: 26993 DANKO ARLINGTON, INC, CAGE: 32664 AEROMETALS, INC. CAGE: 0UES3 Moog Inc., CAGE: 1HC54 LOBO VENTURES, LTD. DBA PRECISION, and CAGE: 7U532 HERCO AIRCRAFT INC. The part number is 14-51113-1. This is not a commercial item. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule with Government First Article Testing for 1 EA is 543 days. Solicitation issue date is 20 September 2018.
