Attachment F Provisions and Clauses Attachment E CLIN Structure Attachment D Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment C Scotia Depot ESOHMS Orientation Guide Attachment B Evaluation Criteria Attachment A Statement of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation- SP8000-18-R-0010 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with Part 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and file attachments. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All contractors must be registered with the System Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. DLA Strategic Materials intends to purchase 10,000 kilograms, contained weight, of Ta2O5 in the base period. With two option periods, in each option period DLA Strategic Materials intends to purchase an additional amount of material of 10,000 kilograms contained.
