The purpose of this Amendment is as follows: To correct the FBO description to reflect the areas highlighted in yellow through the solicitation. SEE BELOW: Emergent and Urgent Medications This is a solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 12.6) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 36C25618U0376. All Clause, Provision, Terms and Conditions stated on the subsequence pages of this Combine-Synopsis/Solicitation are applicable and bidding in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. This solicitation is being issued set-aside 100% for Small Business (SB). The associated NAICS Code is 524292. The business size is 32.5 Million. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for a Contractor to provide the service of Emergent and Urgent Medications for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System.
