FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 36.204 The magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. End of Presolicitation Nobice SOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED SEPTEMBER 7, 2018 FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee is applicable FAR 52.228-15 Performance and Payment Bonds Construction is applicable. A Site Visit is scheduled for September 18, 2018 at 8:30 AM, Alaska Time - see Solicitation document, pages 5-6 for information concerning attending the site visit.
