Place of Performance / Delivery Signage is to be delivered to the warehouse/loading dock at each campus. Below is the address to the Manhattan campus. NYHHCS New York Campus Warehouse: 423 East 23rd Street New York, NY 10010 Installation Location: Manhattan Campus main 1st floor CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATION: Purchased components must meet two requirements. The component is top of the line in quality and replacement parts are locally available to the customer throughout the United States. WARRANTY: Prospective vendors shall be able to provide direct manufacturer support and shall directly issue a manufacturer's limited factor warranty of the government. 2) Vendor shall provide a cut sheet(s), schematic(s), diagram(s), or similar clearly indicating ability to provide brand specific requirements as a follow on to existing elevator contract for floors 1 thru 17. CODES: Vendor shall comply with accepted manufacturer process, as well as current Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Labor Department, and New York codes, laws and regulations as applicable to this statement of work. FINAL INSPECTION: All material delivered must meet specifications provided and will be inspected by Operations Supervisor. All submission will be given to service POC approval/inclusion or exclusion based on salient characteristics. THIS IS A SOLICITATION AND DOES OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339950 (Sign Manufacturing). Email should contain the following information: Name of firm, Socio-Economic category of the firm (SDVOSB), complete address, phone & fax number of contact. The email that you sent to kendall.jones@va.gov must contain the words 36C24218Q9953 Hospital Floor Signage in the subject box. **Note: All SDVOSB vendors who plan on competing for this stated acquisition must be VIP Verified at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/.
