The solicitation number is #Q18CW03 / NASA SEWP #103309 and shall be referenced on all quotes and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document is located via NASA SEWP (https://www.sewp.nasa.gov/) in accordance with Fair Opportunity specifications. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the NASA SEWP site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
