- Other than Full and Open Competition Justification (Brand Name) SF1449 Request for Quote The Regional Contracting Office-MCI WEST, United State Marine Corps (USMC) Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to obtain a Secure Logix Maintenance Support Plan in support of MCIWest G-6 in Camp Pendleton, CA. This announcement and attached Request for Quote (RFQ) constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-100 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement, current to DPN 20180824. This procurement is an unrestricted brand name requirement and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517919, All Other Telecommunications, with a small size standard of $32,500,000.00. See attached SF 1449 solicitation for more information on the requirement. The anticipated procurement will be a Single Awardee Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The Government will solicit (M00681) and award this contract using FAR Part 12, Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award to the quoter who quotes represents the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained from www.sam.gov or calling 866-606-8220. Contractors shall agree to implement the Department of Defense (DoD) web-based application (WAWF/iRAPT).
