- Attachment 3-Construction Wage Determination Attachment 2-Project Plan Attachment 1-Performance Work Statement for ICIDS Fiber Optic Install W912D0-18-Q-0072 ***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN INTERIOR ALASKA*** The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright has a requirement to install fiber optic cable. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information. A site visit will be conducted on 17 September 2018 at 10:00 AM Alaska Time (AKT) at the north parking lot of BLDG 3025, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 in order identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Quotes must be received electronically at remodino.s.delacruz.civ@mail.mil. No other method of quote submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting Quotes. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail. If you are having any issues submitting your quotes, please contact Remo Dela Cruz as soon as possible. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
