- Questions and answers MFR Updated PPQ Question Submission Form Addenda to FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 PWS 12 Sep 18 Amendment 001 This post modification includes FA4661-18-R-0002 Amendment #1. New required response date has changed from 17 September 2018 to 24 September 2018 2:00 PM CST. The following documents are attached: 1. Standard Form 30 - Solicitation Amendment 0001, to be acknowledged by interested offerors in accordance with Block 11. 2. Revised PWS - Dated 12 September 2018. Changes are highlighted, except for deleted portions. 3. Addenda to FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 - Due to this amendment deadline dates have changed, these changes are highlighted in yellow. 4. Question Submission Form - The Government is giving offerors the opportunity to ask questions again, new deadline for question submission is now 18 September 2018 2:00 PM CST. 5. Past Performance Questionnaire - Deadline in PPQ has been revised to match the new required response date. It is not necessary to resubmit PPQs done in the previous form. 6. Questions and Answers MFR - These are the questions received prior to the previous deadline of 30 August 2018 9:00 AM CST.
