- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Far Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #N4523A-18-Q-1315 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. This solicitation is being posted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238210, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15,000,000.00. This NAICS is for Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The Product Service Code is N059 Installation of Equipment - Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components. Service Contract Act Wage Determination 15-5525 (Rev. -7) is applicable to this requirement. CLINS CLIN 0001; 1(one) Fiber Optical Installation Services The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS) Contracting Office (Code 440) has a requirement for a Fiber Optic Installation for a commercial service, firm fixed price single award contract (FFP). Delivery is FBO Destination, Naval Base Kitsap, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, during the Period of Performance as follows: 1 October 2018 - 18 October 2018 The provision at 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and is referenced by full text as an attachment to this solicitation. The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Items, the Government advises Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3 with its offer. Proposals that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration •4. Address technical capability in meeting the requirements per the Statement of Work. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be provided to the government via email by 4:00PM, Pacific on 13 September 2018. All responsible sources may submit a quote and necessary documentation which shall be considered by the agency. All documentation must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 12:00PM, Pacific, on 20 September 2018; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest price meeting the requirements of the solicitation.
