- Amendment 5: Solicitation period extended to 17 Sep 2018 at 1000 hours Chamorro Standard Time. Amendment 4: Solicitation period extended to 16 Sep 2018 at 1000 hours Chamorro Standard Time. A site visit has been scheduled for 13 September 2018. Interested parties are encouraged to meet 36 CONS at the Andersen AFB Visitor's Control Center (main gate) at 1220 hours Chamorro Standard Time. Please bring 2 valid forms of identification. Amendment 3: Due to an incoming typhoon threat to Guam, the site visit has been cancelled and the solicitation period has been extended. An attempt to reschedule the site visit will be made when Andersen AFB returns to normal operations. Amendment 2: Response to RFI #2 and inform parties of scheduled site visit. RFI response is attached. A site visit has been scheduled for 10 September 2018. Interested parties are encouraged to meet 36 CONS at the Andersen AFB Visitor's Control Center (main gate) at 1220 hours Chamorro Standard Time. Please bring 2 valid forms of identification. Amendment 1: Solicitation period extended to 12 Sep 2018 at 1000 hours Chamorro Standard Time "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." This requirement is concurrently posted on AFWAY.
