- The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to solicit, compete and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for an Education Services Facility Monitor. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract and is set aside for small business with a base plus 4 options year periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611710 with a size standard of $15 million. Description of requirement: Ellsworth AFB is seeking a small business to provide Education Support Services to include: One (1) Facility Monitor (FM) that will provide building security during undergraduate school terms, ensure classes are properly arranged for intended purpose, clean up room and remove trash at the end of duty day, and ensure doors are secure. A description of the procedures to be used in awarding the contract are: Request for Quote with anticipated award date of 30 September 2018. Contractors submitting a proposal must have a Cage Code and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet.
